Prof. Jae-chun Choe, having served as the Founding President of the National Institute of Ecology for 3 years, shared his invaluable insight on leadership characteristics required in this changing world. Given the central role that Ewha Womans University played (and continues to play) in producing women leaders in South Korea, the professor also expounded upon the values of this university that is allowing students to rise up to the challenges that lay ahead of them.
